Bien entretenir ses lentilles de contact
Nombreuses sont les personnes qui optent pour une paire de lentilles de contact au lieu d’une paire de lunette de verre. Mais porter des lentilles présente des risques d’infections pour les yeux. C’est pourquoi, il est fortement recommandé de les entretenir convenablement avant de les porter. Voici quelques conseils pour l’entretien de vos lentilles de contact.
Manipulation des lentilles avec des mains propres
Avant de toucher vos lentilles, vous devez obligatoirement laver les mains avec du savon. Il est même conseillé d’utiliser des savons antibactériens pour éliminer toutes les risques potentiels. Vous devez ensuite les rincer de manière à éliminer totalement les résidus de savon collé à vos mains. Le choix de votre serviette aussi est important.Si vous projetez à la suite de mettre vos lentilles,ne les essuyez jamais avec vos mains mais avec une serviette qui ne laisse pas trainer des fines parties de tissu.
Utilisation de solution désinfectante menicare soft
Que ce soit avant ou après avoir porté vos lentilles de contact, il est strictement déconseillé d’utiliser l’eau de robinet ou d’autres sources d’eau pour vos lentilles. Des solutions désinfectantes comme menicaresoft sont faites pour nettoyer vos lentilles de contact. L’avantage de menicare soft est d’être une solution multifonctionnelle. Elle peut à la fois désinfecter, conserver et hydrater vos lentilles de contact. Mais il faut bien respecter les indications lors de l’utilisation.
Conservation de vos lentilles de contact
Les lentilles de contact sont des objets fragile et délicat. Ce sont deux petits objets qui peuvent se casser ou se perdre facilement. De ce fait, vos lentilles de contact doivent être placées dans un étui pour éliminer les risques. Toutefois, il faut penser à changer fréquemment le produit dans votre étui. Pensez aussi à changer votre étui de temps en temps, tous les 2 mois par exemple.
Respect du temps de port de lentille de contact
La durée du port de lentille de contact ne doit pas dépasser les 12 heures. Si vous devez rester actif pendant ce temps, le mieux est de porter des lunettes de verre. Cela va éviter les risques d’oublier d’enlever vos lentilles. Si vous les portez trop longtemps, vous courez des risques d’infections qui commencent par une inflammation de la cornée de l’œil.
Quand jeter vos lentilles de contact
Il faut jeter vos lentilles lorsque les cas suivants se présentent. Premièrement, si la lentille est cassée, il faut la jeter. Le porter vous expose à des risques d’incision de la cornée. Ensuite, si la date d’expiration de la lentille est dépassée, il existe des lentilles jetables, si vous utilisez ce genre de lentille, il ne faut pas le réutiliser plusieurs fois, elle se porte qu’une seule fois. On ne peut pas l’entretenir.
